Funcions del Lloc de Treball

El professional social que busquem haurà de realitzar el primer contacte amb les persones sol·licitants del servei per obtenir i facilitar la informació necessària i realitzar els informes corresponents. A més, haurà de valorar l'instal·lació de dispositius de seguretat addicionals, realitzar revaloracions periòdiques establertes i seguiments, i establint la revisió de les prestacions quan així correspongui.

Requisits del Lloc de Treball

Per a aquest lloc de treball, estem buscant algú amb estudis universitaris en Treball Social, Educació Social o Psicologia. A més, cal que tingui un nivell alt de català i que residir a la zona de Lleida. La relació laboral amb Serveis Socials és un avantatge, així com l'experiència laboral en l'àmbit de la gent gran.

Informació Addicional

El horari de treball serà de dilluns a divendres, de 09:00 h a 17:00 h, amb acabos a casa. El contracte serà per substitució d'una baixa de maternitat, i es oferiran retribucions complementàries com el quilometratge i les despeses d'estacionament. A més, es realitzarà formació inicial remunerada i formació de desenvolupament professional.
