The Field Technical Support role is essential in delivering frontline assistance by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This position is integral to the Customer Care division.

In this position, you will report to the Service Supervisor overseeing Field Service operations. If you excel in a dynamic environment and aspire to contribute to a premier service organization, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and enhance knowledge of the industry, company, products, tools, and team dynamics, supported by a structured Development Pathway program.
- Receive guidance from a robust leadership team, participating in key projects to ensure successful installations that align with customer and company standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing capacity.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, verbal and written.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Willingness to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, along with IT repair experience in laboratory settings, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
