Job Summary
The Salesforce Administrator is a critical role at TravelPerk, responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance. This includes configuration, customization, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration and Customization: Set up and manage user profiles, permissions, and data to meet the needs of our Revenue organization.
- User Training and Support: Develop and implement user training on Salesforce, including creating and delivering training materials, and providing one-on-one support to users.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems with Salesforce data, functionality, and performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track usage metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with Data Product Marketing, Finance, and Revenue on projects related to Salesforce, including implementing new features and functionality, and resolving user issues.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality, including attending training sessions, reading industry publications, and participating in online forums.
Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
