Strategic Vendor Support Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Vendor Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our vendor growth team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success for our vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase vendor selection, improve product discoverability, and enhance vendor product detail pages.
  2. Vendor Account Management: Manage vendor relationships, provide education and knowledge on Amazon systems, tools, and processes, and drive increased traffic and conversion.
  3. Business Insights and Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports covering catalog and traffic metrics to track vendor progress and success.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vendor experience and drive business growth.

As a Strategic Vendor Support professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with vendors to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and success. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience managing large amounts of data
