Media Planning Specialist

Job Title: Media Planner
The Media Planner will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and traditional media campaigns. The ideal candidate must be able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage online and offline media plans, negotiating and purchasing media.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities.
- Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation processes.
- Interact daily with media publishers and maintain rapport.
- Analyze research data and media/marketing information, sharing insights with clients.
- Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance, assisting in strategic analysis.
- Optimize campaign strategies and negotiate with media partners.
- Plan and prioritize team tasks, ensuring workload balance.
- Collaborate in defining KPIs and control measures.
- Guarantee thorough control and achievement of specific goals.
- Stay up-to-date with company tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or 3-5 years of experience as a Media Planner.
- Proficiency in digital planning tools: Adservers, Verification Platforms, Google Analytics, and GFK.
- Proficiency in offline planning tools: Kantar, TomMicro, Galileo, and others.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to organize ideas and information logically and sequentially.
- Develop clear, compelling, and persuasive client reports.
- Ensure key information is shared with the team regarding client issues and internal agency matters.
