We are offering a fantastic role for a Claims Administration Specialist to become part of our Claims team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Execute daily tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines (Service Level Agreements), proactively identifying and managing process exceptions in collaboration with the Hub Team leader and colleagues in a dynamic environment.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the integrity of claims data entry and documentation across all utilized systems.
- Compliance with Best Practices: Strictly follow the established best practices outlined in the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes and protocols.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate a high level of technical skill in claims administration tasks and commit to personal growth through provided coaching.
- Service Quality: Provide exceptional service within your authority for various types of claims administration or standard settlements.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) is essential.
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills are required.
- A Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
- Basic understanding of commercial insurance A&H, P&C classes, underwriting, or policy issuance is advantageous.
- Ability to organize tasks and perform under time constraints.
- Knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
- Experience working independently or as part of a team – self-motivated.
