This position focuses on ensuring the seamless functioning and accessibility of financial systems on a global scale. The Technical Support Analyst will be tasked with optimizing application performance and implementing system improvements while delivering technical assistance to all business users.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver "Level 1 & 2" technical assistance for internal applications and systems to provide high-quality support and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Conduct daily, monthly, and periodic checks on applications and systems, taking necessary actions to maximize system uptime and ensure timely outputs Collaborate with Technology teams as needed, communicating any system/software upgrades and patches, and diagnosing application or system issues Assess defects, identify potential solutions, and manage incidents to resolution, whether through internal teams or external suppliers; maintain communication with business users until issues are resolved Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Safeguard data security and implement necessary safety measures Create and maintain technical support documentation, service catalogues, and other relevant materials Collaborate with stakeholders and the Release Management team to ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing are completed for all new releases Ensure effective communication is established to manage incidents and system downtimes with the business user community Participate in Service Reviews and Operational review meetings; assist with reporting requirements and chair meetings when necessary Desired Qualifications: Prior experience in an application support role for financial systems Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP Proficiency in English Strong verbal and written communication skills Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure Attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Service-oriented mindset with a practical approach Stay updated on current technologies and trends that may provide benefits
