Market Research Associate

Fitch Ratings is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Associate or Senior Market Research Associate to join our Investor Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct marketing support, managing content distribution, and collaborating with our Marketing department to create engaging campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct marketing support to the EMEA Investor Development Team
- Manage content distribution, repurposing, and marketing to appropriate audiences
- Be the point person for virtual events, liaising with the Events team
- Be responsible for the IDT-led webinar platform and list management for marketing campaigns
- Run performance reports for marketing campaigns and contribute to the implementation of strategy for the Investor Development Team
- Identify pertinent research, prepare customized messages, and distribute targeted emails to investor audiences
Requirements:
- High-energy team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in marketing or business development, with financial services experience advantageous
- Microsoft Office skills to a high standard, with experience in data manipulation and financial data tools
- Highly self-motivated, with ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative
