About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for managing clinical studies from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical studies, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors, sites, and sponsors to ensure study compliance
  • Monitor and report on study progress, identifying and resolving issues as needed
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
