The Digital Deal Strategy & Support team, part of the EMEA Digital Hub, specializes in simplifying complex deals and accelerating sales processes for SAP's volume business segment. We provide strategic advisory and streamlined quote services to ensure efficient sales & deal execution and promote standard deal practices.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Deal Qualification and Analysis: Analyze customer contract landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Deal Design and Commercial Crafting: Develop pricing strategies, discounts, and other commercial terms to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • BOM Shaping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape Bill of Materials (BOM) to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Split Advice and Negotiation: Provide expert advice on deal structuring and negotiation to drive successful outcomes.
  • Training and Coaching of Sales: Develop and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the market.

Expectations and Tasks

  • Be a point of contact at SAP for Deal Strategy topics, managing your own sales territory (assigned countries).
  • Become an expert in understanding SAP processes, procedures, and rules (revenue recognition, compliance rules, etc.).
