Job Title: Fire Protection & Risk Assessment Discipline Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection & Risk Assessment Discipline Lead to join our Building Engineering Services team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, guiding, and developing a team of ten engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection and risk assessment, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple disciplines and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly communicating with them to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Lead discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise.
