AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection & Risk Assessment Discipline Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Building Engineering Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality fire protection and risk assessment services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly communicating with them to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Lead discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Attend job site visits, project meetings, and commissioning activities as needed.
**Requirements**
- Established senior consultant with demonstrable leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality fire protection and risk assessment services.
