About the Role

Your mission is to drive the development and improvement of our international products, working across multiple environments and teams. As a Lead Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our products and building a long-term strategy that supports our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify product requirements with business stakeholders while meeting customer needs
  • Build product roadmaps and backlogs in line with strategic goals
  • Write clear user stories at feature level and drive UX design
  • Measure and monitor product performance after releases, track progress, and communicate with the CEO, COO, and CTO
  • Communicate and manage stakeholders, ensuring effective development processes and expectation management
  • Ensure continuous improvements by proposing and implementing new processes, designs, and engineering practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with digital products and knowledge of B2C online marketplaces
  • Fluency in English, with French as a plus
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization and task management
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Certifications such as Iron Hack or Le Wagon are a plus
