About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing content and materials that align with our brand's value proposition and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and propose new marketing materials, including copy concepts, social media content, and email campaigns, to engage different stakeholders throughout the funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop initiatives to improve communication with potential targets.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing plans, including analyzing trend reports and managing timelines.
  • Work directly with third-party agencies to ensure the tactical marketing plan is delivered.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's personality, voice, and tone to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements
  • **Education:** Degree in Creative Writing, Language Studies, Marketing, or Communications.

  • **Skills:** Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editorial skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet or related tools.
