About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Specialist to join our team at Capitole Consulting. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and design, as well as best practices and workflows.
  • Project Participation: Participate in ServiceNow-related projects and initiatives, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure that ServiceNow is used efficiently and effectively, meeting service level agreements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement ServiceNow best practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage ServiceNow costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Integration: Work with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications.
Requirements
  • Language: High Level of English (C1).
  • Location: FULLREMOTE.
  • Schedule: Flexible. Friday Intensive.
