About this role: As a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a high-performing recruiting team by contributing to Gartner's success story. Working in partnership with the business, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. Your role will see you run initiatives, plan events, cultivate candidates, and hone your behavioral-based assessment skills. Working at Gartner, you will have the fantastic opportunity to see the development of associates you have engaged and feel proud to have been part of their achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify and match candidates to defined sales profiles across the Large Enterprise Sales organization.
- Partner with Sales VPs and Managers to identify future needs and proactively build talent pools.
- Coach and upskill candidates supporting them through the Gartner interview process culminating in a panel interview.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
- Partner with the global recruiting team to drive best practices and deliver region-specific initiatives and events.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
- A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within Gartner.
- Determination and a focus on delivering results.
