About the Role

As a Regulatory Affairs Officer at Kellanova, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to establish ourselves as a leader in the snacking sector. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance across our diverse product offerings, contributing to both our current operations and future innovations. This full-time position is based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model that includes flexibility for remote work and occasional travel across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Resource Management: Oversee the operational management of regulatory resources across various categories and regions.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide comprehensive support and advice to the Research and Development team, assisting other departments in understanding and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Strategic Input: Offer regulatory insights and recommendations that align with the company's strategic objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate compliance into business initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs and guidelines on regulatory matters to ensure all team members are well-informed and compliant.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Utilize regulatory knowledge to make decisions that promote positive outcomes, engaging with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Law or a relevant regulatory qualification.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
