About the Role

As a Regulatory Affairs Officer at Kellanova, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet all necessary compliance standards. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our growth as a leading player in the snacking industry. This full-time position is based in Madrid, offering a hybrid work model that includes both office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Resource Management: Oversee the operational management of regulatory resources across various categories and regions.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide specialized advice to the Research and Development team, assisting other departments in understanding and navigating regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Input: Offer regulatory insights and recommendations that align with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Training and Guidelines: Develop and deliver training sessions and guidelines on regulatory matters to ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Utilize regulatory insights to make decisions that promote positive outcomes, engaging with stakeholders throughout the business.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Law or a relevant regulatory qualification.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
