Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Account Manager to join our Madrid office. As a Trainee Account Manager, you will learn the day-to-day work of a creative company and collaborate with a team of high-level professionals on real projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounts Department in managing client relationships and daily tasks.
  • Assist in preparing client budgets and developing briefs.
  • Ensure that the agency's work aligns with client briefings.
  • Prepare and present agency proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate the production of projects and campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Execute administrative procedures associated with projects.
  • Support the coordination of campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the creative department to produce campaign materials.

Requirements

  • Student in the final year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies, or related Master's degree.
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
  • High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
  • Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and creative work environment with great growth potential. You will have access to training and work 25 hours per week (5 hours daily between 9:00 and 18:00). Hogarth Worldwide Ltd is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
