Your Role:

As an integral member of our team, reporting directly to the Team Lead for Protect Solutions, your primary role will be to foster the growth of DEVOTEAM Cybertrust's protective services. You will collaborate closely with various teams to achieve this objective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Work alongside our Sales team to establish strong connections with targeted clients and prospects, thereby expanding DEVOTEAM Cybertrust's service offerings and portfolio.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders, contributing to joint sales planning, solution strategy development, opportunity identification, and deal qualification.
  • Advocate for Customers: Serve as the customer advocate for their Secure Infrastructure and cybersecurity needs, ensuring our proposed solutions are effective and aligned with their requirements.
  • Guide and Influence: Leverage your extensive technology insights and industry knowledge to guide and influence customers regarding DEVOTEAM Cybertrust Cyberdefense services.
  • Drive Innovation: Continuously explore advancements in digital technology and opportunities to enhance customer engagement and the business value of our services.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with sales to develop opportunities around protective services and supporting the execution of account plans to ensure customer success.
  • Understanding customer business and technical requirements and translating these into DEVOTEAM Cybertrust Cyberdefense services and solutions, while providing key customer insights and solution development guidance.
  • Offering presales design support for both new and existing clients across any of the DEVOTEAM Cybertrust Cyberdefense secure infrastructure solutions.
  • Qualifying opportunities based on our capabilities (Design, implement, manage), customer requirements (realistic, technical, financial), project context, political alignment, and compelling events.
  • Contributing to financial analysis (ROI), building joint business cases, and persuading customers through data and value.
  • Engaging in customer-facing activities such as consultative selling, value selling, discovery workshops, and customer presentations.
  • Developing, responding to, and supporting solution proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and Requests for proposals/information/quotation (RFx) by positioning DEVOTEAM Cybertrust Cyberdefense value proposition in line with customer-defined requirements and proposing competitive, winning solutions.
  • Initiating, formalizing, and maintaining partnerships with vendors in the IT protective security domain, in close collaboration with our partner manager and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the IT security market through the latest industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to identify new opportunities for value addition.
  • Acting in an advisory capacity to assist our clients in realizing and understanding cybersecurity.
  • Contributing to the influence of DEVOTEAM Cybertrust Cyberdefense by speaking at public events, delivering presentations, or publishing information.
  • Expected to take on a coaching role and provide support to less experienced team members.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security or 3+ years in network design, or demonstrated experience as a networking Consultant, Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Presales Consultant.
  • Specialization in networking technologies and design, with both technical and business knowledge and experience.
  • Technical and business expertise in cybersecurity or successful experience with a cybersecurity market player.
  • Fluent language skills in Spanish, English, and optional French.
  • Knowledge and experience in selling Managed Security Services (MSS).
  • Familiarity with security solutions for Endpoints, Networks, Infrastructure, and Cloud Workloads.
  • Understanding of SASE (SD-WAN & SSE).
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture NIST SP.
  • Experience with IAM consultancy services.
  • Understanding of cloud security and application security.
  • Familiarity with GRC security consultancy.
  • Knowledge of Pentesting services.
  • A solid understanding of the sales cycle, buying personas, and decision-making processes, and how to navigate through the sales and buying cycle effectively.
