Your role at NTT DATA
The Cybersecurity Advisor possesses advanced knowledge in their field and is tasked with interpreting clients' cybersecurity needs while tailoring and executing security solutions within specific systems, applications, and product designs.This position involves identifying and crafting security solutions for clients utilizing company products, outsourced technology options, and technical tools, as well as advising clients on secure product configurations, deployments, and security updates to reduce vulnerabilities.
Additionally, this role encompasses comprehensive scanning, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, monitoring services, and source code analysis, delivering detailed findings to clients. This position guides and assists clients in establishing and executing product security measures.
Responsibilities
Key Duties:
Provide subject matter expertise related to cybersecurity design best practices, focusing on OT Security, Multicloud Security, and Zero Trust Adoption Strategies. Ability to develop a demonstration environment based on the aforementioned practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the architectural framework for one or more layers of a solution. Engage in consulting projects, whether billable or non-billable, to support the roadmap, business case development, and technology adoption in security (Secure Cloud, Zero Trust, and OT/IOT). Work with stakeholders to create new services for market introduction, share insights on relevant vertical markets, and stay updated on cybersecurity advancements. Foster relationships with key partners in your area of expertise. Participate in the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales teams to promote solutions and services. Actively engage with clients. Contribute to business development processes, including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closure, and driving delivery. Involve yourself in Business Development and Marketing initiatives. Present solutions to clients and persuade both internal and external stakeholders of the appropriate course of action. Utilize client engagement skills to pinpoint critical client IT security challenges and optimize their mitigation.Skills and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with an understanding of its strategic business impact. Exceptional client engagement abilities. Proficient in applying consulting methodologies effectively. Capable of performing under high-pressure conditions. Skilled in establishing and managing processes through collaboration and business understanding. Quick and continuous learner. Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities. Language proficiency: English is essential; French is a plus.Educational Background and Certifications:
Degree in a relevant discipline. Technical certification in security products (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto Network, Proofpoint, Crowdstrike, F5, Zscaler, etc.). Certifications in security industry standards such as ISO 27000, PCI:DSS, NIST, HIPAA, CISSP, or others are advantageous.Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Consulting or Pre-sales role within Cybersecurity. Extensive understanding and high-level consulting capabilities in Cloud Security, Zero Trust Adoption Strategies, and Secure OT/IOT environments. Proven experience in a similar role within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services context. Demonstrated expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, showcasing proficiency in client needs assessment and change management. Established track record in Cybersecurity.
