Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager IBERIA to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational work required to drive local marketing program execution. This role will focus on executing global marketing strategies, frameworks, and materials with local relevance to deliver best-class marketing to the in-country organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Execution: Support the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing execution, including hands-on operational work, coordinating with agencies and partners for execution, and maintaining customer contact databases.
  • Strategic Planning: Translate regional strategies into local frameworks and plans, developing localized marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with matrix functions such as sales, clinical, and service.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support with marketing materials provision, facilitate congress, workshop, and customer event strategy, preparation, and execution, and support sales team with market analysis and reports.
  • Marketing Materials Management: Coordinate marketing materials translations, approval processes, distribution to sales forces, and inventory management.
  • Digital Marketing: Support website content updates, digital communication activities, and manage marketing qualification of leads before passing them to sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Coordinate marketing reporting on key activities, success, and challenges, including activity effectiveness and monthly newsletters.
Operational Role Responsibilities
  • Commercial Excellence: Support commercial excellence in country, including sales and marketing, and collaborate with sales effectiveness, sales training, strategic, and demand planning to accelerate opportunity velocity and drive improved forecasting accuracy.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish and review metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities/programs in terms of goals and ROI.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, luminaries, and high-volume successful users to gather information and product needs for franchise activities.
People and Leadership Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder interactions with local sales and marketing teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including customer and field service, regulatory, legal, operations, and contracts.
  • Information Flow: Ensure effective and efficient flow of information between the regional/international/global marketing teams to enable marketing to lead with functional excellence.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Have a strong self-start drive to take personal leadership for initiatives and improvement opportunities.
Functional Expertise
  • Commercial Relationships: Effective at managing/maintaining commercial relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and translating market trends and Voice of the Customer to inform and influence country marketing & sales execution.
  • Consumer Marketing: Strong consumer marketing skills and experience within the beauty, aesthetics, and cosmeceuticals space.
  • Brand Leadership: Strong brand and PR leadership ability.
  • Digital Marketing: Fluency in digital marketing capabilities in order to execute campaigns for acquisition and/or brand awareness objectives.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Create and measure KPIs on customer success expertise in optimizing marketing technology for customer acquisition and retention.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
