Job Summary

Groupon, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our high-volume recruitment efforts in the IT industry. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Process Management: Lead the recruitment process for EMEA, including roles such as developers, QA engineers, managers, infrastructure, and support.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract highly skilled candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  3. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  5. Recruitment Enablement: Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations and DEI.
  6. Candidate Experience Enhancement: Propose and implement enhancements to the candidate experience, such as improving communication, streamlining application procedures, and providing feedback.
  7. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the IT industry.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines, and continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Work Arrangements: Willingness to come to the office in Warsaw, Prague, Valencia, or Madrid twice a week.
  6. Language Skills: English B2 minimum.
