About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Trainee to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward various learning initiatives in line with our strategic 5-year plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and review of training materials to optimize user experience
  • Design learning resources, catalogues, and engagement collaterals
  • Contribute to different Learning and Development initiatives with our team to meet business objectives
  • Support the administration of our LMS: Radisson Academy Online
  • Assist the L&D team in extracting insights from training reports and contribute to making data-driven decisions on our offer
  • Collaborate in the development of presentations and webinars for internal and external purposes
  • Conduct market analyses and investigate industry trends to identify new ways of creating learning experiences
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
  • Is fluent in English, both written and verbal, and has excellent communication skills
  • Has a versatile skillset, with a strong mix of design, data analysis, and project management abilities
  • Has expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT) and proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Is flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with a Yes I Can attitude
  • Is a team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Has hospitality industry experience (preferred)
