Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer and sell Emirates products and services, including flights, hotels, and travel packages, to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage back-office duties, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Support the team in achieving quality standards and ensuring that all customer interactions are of the highest standard.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in the airline or trade industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
