Community Manager

At The Trading Pit AG, we are seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead our online community engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a community growth strategy to increase engagement and retention
  • Manage and moderate online forums, social media groups, and other community platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content
  • Provide exceptional customer support and address community concerns in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular community surveys and gather feedback to inform future strategies
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration with internal processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
