About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage and build our online community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to amplify our brand message.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement PR and marketing initiatives to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in community engagement or social media management.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools.
  7. Native or bilingual proficiency in English and German.
