Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team at Clicktalent. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our online community across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Community Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy across multiple platforms, including social media, forums, and online communities.
- Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Build scripts for video creators and content creation.
- Analytics: Track and analyze key community metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
- Event Planning: Organize and participate in virtual and in-person events to foster a sense of community.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in social media community management.
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focused on digital portfolio projects.
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, Social Media or similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Tools: Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar) is a plus.
- Content Creation: Ability to create engaging multimedia content (text, image, and video).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online.
- Teamwork: Creative thinker, proactive, and communicates well within a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
- Language: Super fluent in English, ready to have meetings in English.
