About the Role

The Solution Coordinator is a key Programme Management position within Europrop International, responsible for coordinating engine-related issues and risks. This role requires a strong background in Programme Management, with experience in the aeronautical engine field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain Root Cause Analysis from Engineering to identify potential solutions.
  • Develop and manage integrated planning to resolve engine-related issues and risks.
  • Coordinate activities within EPI and PCs to ensure completion of the integrated plan within the agreed timeframe.
  • Lead the resolution of allocated issues to solution implementations.
  • Manage a portfolio of product changes within the agreed timeframe.
Requirements
  • Experience in Programme Management.
  • Training in Programme Management tools.
  • Experience in the aeronautical engine field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Solution-driven orientation.
  • Capacity to drive projects through with limited guidelines and assistance.
