About the Role

Xerox Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Associate III to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Business Operations & Administration department, you will be responsible for analyzing, reconciling, and collecting a large portfolio of customer accounts to reduce and minimize past due balances.

You will make outbound contacts with end customers to ensure timely payment of invoices, implement permanent account administration, reconciliation, and account analysis, and ensure debt and cash targets are met on a quarterly/monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis, reconciliation, and collection of customer accounts
  • Outbound contacts with end customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Implementation of permanent account administration, reconciliation, and account analysis
  • Ensuring debt and cash targets are met on a quarterly/monthly basis
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • High level of English and fluent/native Danish
  • Relevant experience in a finance or accounts role
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Financial and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
