About the Job

As a Project Manager within the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion related to their products/brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project implementation plans within the Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Align project goals with the broader marketing and business strategy.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
  • Manage project changes, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
