About the JobAs a Project Manager within the Marketing Department, you will report to the Head of Marketing Iberia and be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
- Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.
- Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
