About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing Department in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Strategy

Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned. Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication between departments and external vendors.

Project Execution

Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan. Manage project changes, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Resource Management

Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success. Coordinate with different department heads resources, equipment, and materials.

Budget Management

Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.

Risk Management

Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.

Stakeholder Communication

Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and changes.

Quality Assurance

Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a strong background in marketing or product-related projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
