Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will provide strategic support to large business teams, ensuring timely and accurate information on HR policies and procedures. This role will also provide training and support for annual HR processes, ensuring the shared service support delivery model meets client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide total and complete support to large teams in different functions, coordinating and supporting HR Business Partners (geographies or functions)
  • Advise and coach Directors/Managers on talent management and career paths, developing their teams through capability uplift and engagement
  • Lead Talent Process for Band 1 and 2 and support in Band 3, influencing managers to ensure compliance with existing policies and effective people management
  • Partner with the business to develop and implement people and organizational solutions to influence culture and performance
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees with regards to HR, supervising and processing job changes, coordinating temporary contracts, and off-boarding processes
  • Partner and support Employee Relations Manager on employee relations issues, providing support to regional Recruitment when required
  • Develop knowledge and/or expertise on Labor Relations, Payroll, Talent & Development, and Recruitment, leading conversations with COE
  • Provide support and training for annual HR processes, including Optimising Performance, Annual Salary Review, Talent Reviews, and Pulse Surveys
  • Lead/participate in local HR projects and participate in international HR projects, cross-functional initiatives to break silos
  • Responsible for rollout and administration of HR programs, including roadshows, live meetings, and training
  • Conduct new manager assimilation sessions, represent HR in field compliance audits, and perform additional duties and projects as assigned
  • Develop job aids and process flows for all field support services

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant Human Resources technical discipline
  • Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications in business or a related discipline, experience and knowledge in employee relations, labor relations, and wellbeing
  • Experience: 3-5 years related experience in Human Resources, proven experience in administration and explanation of HR policies and procedures, experience with end-user customer support and training, and experience of HR systems, Workday preferable
  • Desirable: Experience in Multinational Companies
