About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Specialist to join our team at Kenvue. As a Brand Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local brand strategies to enhance the Science of Brand Growth (SOBG) principles for Nicorette, Fortasec, Micralax, and Rovi in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Local Brand Prototypicality and Mental & Physical Availability Plans to drive market-leading excellence in execution.
  • Ensure successful New Product Introduction (NPI) launches in the local market, leveraging your expertise in shopper marketing and brand operations.
  • Secure optimized shopper marketing activation, analyzing data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
  • Conduct profitability and effectiveness analysis to optimize brand performance.
  • Identify, implement, track, and report on Regional Growth Management (RGM) brand initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and insights, utilizing syndicated data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the local Business-to-Consumer (B2C) budget and full brand Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
  • Act as the local representative at Brand and Commercial Squad Meetings, driving business growth and collaboration.
  • Ensure high-quality local adaptation of consumer-facing marketing materials, both physical and digital.
  • Collaborate closely with the Professional Marketing team to drive business results.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, trade marketing, category management, shopper marketing, or a related field.
  • Pharma experience in a management area, such as trade marketing, marketing, or sales.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
