About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at EVA Global. As a German-speaking expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Support: Engage with customers through various communication channels, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Analyze customer complaints and concerns, and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of customer service representatives, team leaders, and managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software applications.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
