Strategic IT Portfolio Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Portfolio Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Alignment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers, IT owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of IT initiatives.

Portfolio Management

Create and communicate a holistic view of all IT initiatives, including their interdependencies, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our IT landscape.

Risk Management

Identify, analyze, and monitor risks and interdependencies to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Process Improvement

Define and drive processes within the company portfolio community to ensure efficient and effective IT project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, IT owners, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Requirements

  1. Experience

Proven experience in IT portfolio management and project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful IT projects.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
