Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Listing Agent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring new properties for sale and providing top-notch service to our clients throughout the listing process:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, prospective sellers, and potential buyers.
- Perform property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
- Develop and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.
- Stay up-to-date on the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Previous experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals with:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage - English is a must, as well as an Eastern European language such as Polish, Ucranian, Russian, etc..
We offer a competitive commission structure with potential for high earnings based on performance. This is a 100% commission-based role, with no fixed salary.
