We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Fuengirola and drive sales growth for Propertissimo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, ensuring high performance, and helping them meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- Work as a senior property consultant to maintain relationships with the market and stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Regularly meet with the team to ensure high performance and provide guidance on sales strategies.
We are looking for a candidate with a background in real estate and experience working as a property consultant. You should be familiar with the Spanish real estate market and have a valid driver's license. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with any additional languages being a plus. You should also possess multitasking abilities and be driven in sales.
