About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal Services IP team at Puig. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing files related to our core business, including IP risks assessments and management, negotiation of IP agreements, and ensuring the acquisition of IP rights necessary for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual, conflictual, and assessment files, including advertising regulations, IP aspects of other areas (licenses, operations, etc.), and IP litigation.
  • Manage IP portfolios, either by handling specific portfolios and/or related transversal projects.
  • Assist the IP Legal Director in specific projects or transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in transactional IP, preferably in a law firm. Experience as an IP in-house will be a plus.
  • Law degree. Specific subsequent education in IP will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English professional use is a must. Fluency in French will be a plus.
  • Flexible, good team-worker, rigorous but resolutive (can-do-attitude), business-oriented, with initiative. International background.
