About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our legal team at Immfly. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on matters related to intellectual property, software licensing, technology agreements, media contracts, and related regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Management
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients for our different business units and companies.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers of all our business units and companies.
Licensing and Advertising
  • Draft, review, and negotiate licensing and advertising agreements.
Intellectual Property Support
  • Support our product teams by advising on IP and software-related legal issues.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with media regulations, including advertising, broadcasting, and content distribution standards.
  • Provide legal support and guidance on data privacy and compliance regulations.
Project Support
  • Support other legal projects according to the team's needs.
Requirements

Technical Requirements

  1. Licensed to practice law, preferably in Spain or Andorra.
  2. Master's degree in IT/IP Law.
  3. 4+ years of experience in the IT field at a major law firm or corporate in-house legal department.
  4. Knowledge of Intellectual Property, New Technologies, Software Law, and Media Law.
  5. Previous experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing software contracts and other IP-related agreements.
  6. Ability to manage different legal projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Ability to provide cross-cutting advice across various legal fields.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
