Key Responsibilities- Reinforce the Corporate Legal Services IP team, reporting to the IP Legal Director, and manage files related to our core business, including assessment, acquisition, protection, and defense of intellectual property rights and agreements.
- Manage IP risks assessments and management, accompanying our business units and assisting them in project validation processes, negotiation of IP agreements with third parties, and ensuring the acquisition of necessary IP rights.
- Manage contractual, conflictual, and assessment files, including advertising regulations, IP aspects of other areas (licenses, operations, etc.), and IP litigation.
- Manage IP portfolios, either by handling specific portfolios and/or related transversal projects.
- Assist the IP Legal Director in specific projects or transactions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transactional IP, preferably in a law firm. Experience as an IP in-house counsel will be a plus.
- Law degree. Specific subsequent education in IP will be a plus.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English for professional use is a must. Fluency in French will be a plus.
- Flexible, good team-worker, rigorous but resolutive, business-oriented, with initiative. International background.
- Specific knowledge/experience in carrying out the type of tasks described in Functions and Responsibilities.
