At Tapestry, we're looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal sales and productivity goals
  • Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Represent Coach to the consumer and act as an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
