As a Senior Legal Counsel, you'll be working closely with our Finance and Legal teams on various projects. You'll oversee the legal aspects of our business, providing expert advice to management and ensuring that our commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and financing agreements are commercially and legally sound.

You'll be a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on lawyer who's passionate about fintech and eager to take on new challenges. If you're looking for a role that will keep you engaged and motivated, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft, negotiate, and provide advice on commercial contracts, partnership agreements, financing agreements, and corporate agreements.
  2. Participate in the design and monitoring of the commercial launch of new products and services.
  3. Coordinate external legal counsels on specific matters, including local law firms in each market.
  4. Proactively identify ways to improve existing commercial and financing agreements.
  5. Provide business partners with a thoughtful legal perspective, guidance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  6. Manage relationships with external counsels to ensure efficient project delivery and optimum outcomes.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions to complex issues and ensure legal matters are fully understood and duly implemented.
  8. Develop relationships across our business to identify and manage risks while ensuring appropriate commercial outcomes.
