Look no further Our client, a global leader in outsourcing, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Polish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Athens, Greece.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly, effective, and professional manner via email, chat, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing creative and solution-oriented support to customers and colleagues
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by going above and beyond
  • Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing needs and priorities
  • Collaborating with a talented team of customer support professionals to deliver exceptional results

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Basic computer skills, with advanced skills in coding a plus
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Greece
