**Job Summary**

The Corporate Communications Director will be responsible for elevating Bitfinex's profile as a leading digital asset trading platform and a pioneer in the crypto industry. This role will involve promoting the company's agenda and positioning of Bitfinex Securities, Bitfinex Pay, and its partnerships with other providers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a strategic corporate communications plan that is fully integrated with Bitfinex's marketing strategy and supports the company's key business priorities and initiatives.
  • Lead all issues management, engagement with traditional and digital media, executive visibility, and supporting employee and client communications and events.
  • Partner with marketing and other external-facing parts of the business to ensure a consistent narrative across product, geographies, and audiences.
  • Assess and advise on Bitfinex's participation in industry initiatives and conferences and lead the development of presentational and marketing material for such events.
  • Develop and execute executive visibility programs that incorporate speaking engagements, paid and owned media engagements, as well as visibility in digital channels.
  • Implement and maintain a robust measurement program, including media and social media measurement, and generate quarterly reports.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in crypto, financial services, banking, fintech, retail, or technology.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing integrated marketing communications programs, and hands-on experience managing communications in a market where regulation is evolving.
  • Outstanding writing skills, a digital-first mindset, and experience advising C-level executives.
  • Ability to operate within a high-performing team and contribute to the company's success.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
  • Strong network of contacts in the industry, including media, influencers, and thought leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex communications challenges.
