**Corporate Purchasing Office Communications Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at 1011 Amadeus IT Group S.A. as a key member of the Corporate Purchasing Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the communication and change management efforts across the organization, impacting Purchasing, Real Estate, and Travel Management at a global level.
Main Responsibilities- Define and Execute Transversal Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive and transversal communication strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Improve Awareness and Internal and External Positioning: Enhance the visibility and reputation of the Corporate Purchasing Office through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Define Yearly Comms Plan: Develop a comprehensive communication plan that outlines key messages, target audiences, and communication channels for the Corporate Purchasing Office.
- Standardize and Homogenize Communication Efforts: Ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels and initiatives.
- Align with Finance Transformation Office Initiatives: Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Office to identify communication needs and develop strategies to support their initiatives.
- Coordinate with CPU/GRE/GTM Heads: Work closely with CPU, GRE, and GTM heads to identify communication needs, share best practices, and drive deliverables.
- Identify Communication Needs per Area: Analyze communication needs across different areas and develop targeted communication strategies to meet those needs.
- Define Yearly Comm Plans for Each CPO Area: Develop comprehensive communication plans for each CPO area, outlining key messages, target audiences, and communication channels.
- Drive Specific Comms/Change Management Efforts: Lead and project manage ad-hoc efforts related to specific communication outcomes for each CPO area.
- Operational Drive of CPO's Communication Channels: Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the Corporate Purchasing Office's communication channels.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications Manager who possesses:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Electronic and Digital Media Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant Work Experience: 4 years of experience in Corporate Communications Departments, preferably in big corporations and/or multinationals.
- Corporate Intranets/Community Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing corporate intranets and community management.
- Social Media/Digital Platform Content Management: Experience in managing social media and digital platforms, including content creation and edition.
- Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate communications setting.
- Business Understanding: General knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals, including history, business, product offer, strategy, technology, and organization.
- Generic Knowledge: Good understanding of the areas to be supported, including Purchasing, Real Estate, and Travel.
- Communication Trends and Industry Best Practices: Strong knowledge of the latest communication trends, channels, and industry best practices.
- Computing: Advanced Microsoft 365 package skills, including content creation and edition tools/apps.
- Languages: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages an asset.
- Change and Project Management: Strong background in change and project management, including analytical and presentation skills.
- Communication, Coordination, and Customer Service: Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactivity and Teamwork: Proactive and collaborative team player with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
