**Job Summary**
The Corporate Communications Director will be responsible for elevating Bitfinex's profile as a leading digital asset trading platform and a pioneer in the crypto industry. This role will involve promoting the company's agenda and positioning of Bitfinex Securities, Bitfinex Pay, and its partnerships with other providers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic corporate communications plan that aligns with Bitfinex's marketing priorities and supports the company's key business objectives.
- Lead all issues management, engagement with traditional and digital media, executive visibility, and supporting employee and client communications and events.
- Partner with marketing and other external-facing teams to ensure a consistent narrative across product, geographies, and audiences.
- Assess and advise on participation in industry initiatives and conferences, and lead the development of presentational and marketing material for such events.
- Develop and execute executive visibility programs that incorporate speaking engagements, paid and owned media engagements, as well as visibility in digital channels.
- Implement and maintain a robust measurement program, including media and social media measurement, and generate quarterly reports.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in crypto, financial services, banking, fintech, retail, or technology.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing integrated marketing communications programs, and hands-on experience managing communications in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
- Outstanding writing skills, a digital-first mindset, and experience advising C-level executives.
- Ability to operate within a high-performing team and contribute to the company's success.
