Corporate Communications Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Purchasing Office Communications Manager to join our team at 1011 Amadeus It Group S.A. This is a unique opportunity to lead the communication and change management efforts for our Corporate Purchasing Office, impacting Purchasing, Real Estate, and Travel Management at a global level.
Main Responsibilities:- Define and execute a transversal communication strategy to improve awareness and internal and external positioning for the CPO organization.
- Develop a yearly comms plan for the CPO, including timeline, messages, audience, and channels, and lead its execution.
- Standardize and homogenize communication and change management efforts across all CPO organization.
- Align CPO comms strategy with Finance Transformation Office initiatives.
- Coordinate with CPU/GRE/GTM heads to identify communication needs, share best practices, and drive deliverables.
- Identify communication needs per area and define/implement a comms action plan to meet such needs.
- Lead and project manage ad-hoc efforts related to specific communication outcomes for each CPO area.
- Drive specific comms/change management efforts in alignment with area's needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Electronic and Digital Media Communication.
- 4 years of experience in Corporate Comms Departments, preferably in big corporations and/or multinationals.
- Corporate Intranets/Community Management experience (3+ years).
- Social Media/Digital platform content management.
- Project Management Experience is a plus (3+ years).
- General knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals, including history, business, product offer, strategy, technology, and organization.
- Good understanding of latest communication trends, channels, and comms industry best practices.
- Generative AI applications to communication and process automation.
- Computing and Advanced Microsoft 365 package skills.
