Job Title: Corporate Purchasing Office Communications Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Purchasing Office Communications Manager to lead our communication and change management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing a cohesive and transversal communication strategy that impacts our global organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Communication Strategy:
    • Improve awareness and internal and external positioning for our organization
    • Define a yearly communication plan for our Chief Purchasing Officer and lead its execution
    • Standardize and homogenize communication and change management efforts across our organization
    • Align our communication strategy with Finance Transformation Office initiatives
  2. Coordinate with CPU/GRE/GTM Heads:
    • Identify communication needs per area and define/implement a communication action plan
    • Define yearly communication plans for each CPO area and drive their execution
    • Lead and project manage ad-hoc efforts related to specific communication outcomes for each CPO area
  3. Drive Specific Communications/Change Management Efforts:
    • Operational drive of our communication channels
    • Support and drive communication and change management projects identified with each area
    • Align with internal and external communication stakeholders

About the Ideal Candidate:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Electronic and Digital Media Communication

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in Corporate Communications Departments (preferably in big corporations and/or multinationals)
  • Corporate Intranets/Community Management experience (3+ years)
  • Social Media/Digital Platform Content Management
  • Project Management Experience is a plus (3+ years)

Business Understanding:

  • General knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business, product offer, strategy, technology, and organization
  • Generic knowledge of the areas to be supported (Purchasing, Real Estate, and Travel)
  • Good understanding of latest communication trends, channels, and communication industry best practices
  • Generative AI applications to communication and process automation

Skills:

  • Computing
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 package as well as content creation and edition tools/apps
  • Languages
  • English: Excellent, written and oral/ Others (an asset)
  • Specific Knowledge
